    Is that not the point? We all epitomize this generation… we are all Kerouac…instead of long rolls of paper we have an infinite amount virtual space…

    Thanks for the insightful post MTD - that’s a really good point.

    But with an infinite amount of virtual space, what is it that rises to the surface? Is there still a dominant cultural ‘thing’ that sums up this generation, or is that “thing” the absense of monolithicity?
